This heart-pounding, fat-burning workout consists of one intense 25-minute interval routine and two 10-minute programs that work your upper and lower body. Starting with a warm-up program, you have the option of three challenging "last chance" workouts that melt away pounds and sculpt targeted muscle groups, and then you can reward your body with a relaxing cooldown. These workouts can be alternated daily or combined to get a more extensive routine.
