This may be only in my mug, but there is a pinhole which allows water to fill the interior walls of the cup if left in water. I make it a point to not soak the mug when cleaning and no further issues have developed. I liked the mug too much to deal with returning it.

It's a very nice mug - lightweight, durable, etc. It looks like a paper mug with a plastic top, but it's not! So you can kind of fool people. However, I had to buy a replacement mug for my son because I put his first one through the dishwasher and the "PSYCH" logo came off! It clearly states on the insert that it is NOT dishwasher safe, but in this day and age, why don't they make it so???

I love psych and I do love this cup BUT it's tiny, super tiny. 10 oz isn't even the size of a regular soda can. And it's a bit smaller than the tall at Starbucks. Also I put it in the dishwasher once and the letters started flaking. I still use mine but mainly when I'm at home and can pour refills or if I go to starbucks I get an americano so I can have an espresso shot and get the same caffeine intake as a regular cup of coffee. If size doesn't matter than this is really cute, but if you love a lot of coffee in the morning, there are a couple of cute mugs on here.

I hesitated to purchase this product based on previous reviews. I decided to do so, in lieu of my hesitation. Boy, was I wrong!
If you are looking for a NOVELTY item that will be a great accessory to your desk, then this is the travel mug for you. However, if you are looking for a functioning apparatus to enjoy sips of your favorite beverage - pass on this purchase. My mug has leaked consistently since it's 3rd use. I've tried repeatedly, and unsuccessfully to put the lid on in such a way it does not leak between the lid and the cup as you take a drink.
The whole idea of a travel mug is to stop spills from happening. I'm very disappointed in this purchase, especially considering I have paid less for a stainless steel travel mug that can be turned completely upside down, is dishwasher safe and does not spill a drop.

I like being able to announce my love of Psych while I drink my morning cup of jo. Unfortunately, the more you love the tumbler the less of the Psych logo is there. No matter how gently I hand wash it, the logo scratches off. I didn't pay for a white tumbler - I paid for a Psych tumbler.

I love this mug! It fits perfectly in my car's cup holder and doesn't tip over when I turn corners. The lit fits securely, and the closing mechanism seems to keep all the liquid inside the cup until I want to drink it.

I absolutely LOVE my Psych tumbler. It is very durable and solid. It keeps my coffee warm for an hour where most travel mugs keep coffee warm for about 30 minutes. I was concerned coffee would stain the inside because it is white but it comes clean everytime. It is easy to clean. I rinse mine out with hot water after every use. All Psych fans NEED a Psych tumbler!
