This is just a really beautifully designed product. The simplicity of the graphic, which is just DEAD ON RON, the neutrality and slight nostalgia of the color color combo and its otherwise very standard form make it just... perfection for a Swanson lover. The fact that there's no garish Parks and Rec logo warms my heart.

I LOVE this mug! It's super durable and nice and big. The only thing that I was surprised about was the color. It looks yellow in the picture online, but it's actually more off white. Strange color choice actually, but I'm still really happy with my purchase! A must buy if you love Parks and Rec!

This mug and the Troy and Abed In The Morning mug are both the perfect size for a large brew. The large handle is perfect for comfortably carrying an extra hot coffee or tea without burning my fingers. I've even bought extras as gifts for likeminded friends and family.

Perfect ode to Ron Swanson first thing in the morning. I ordered one if these, washed it up, and poured hot coffee in it just to have it crack. I called customer service and they offered my $ back or send another one. I decided to try another one and I'm glad I did, it's great. Dishwasher safe, great size... No problems at all.

Loved the mug, bought as a gift for my husband. He loves Park and Rec. Came in great condition. He'll love to use this mug for his daily, or several a day, cup(s) of coffee. Humorous. Received it late for Christmas though and since it was a gift, I was disappointed.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas since we both love Parks and Rec but he really likes Ron Swanson. He loved it and loved that it was a big mug. He has used it numerous times already. It's a nice manly gift that I think Ron Swanson would approve of.

I don't have a problem with the overall product. I just didn't like how long it took to ship. I ordered it on black friday and it took until a few days until Christmas before I received it. I understand it was out of stock but I didn't think it would take that long...

Other than the long shipping, the mug is hilarious and great!

Product is very nice for a novelty coffee mug. I ordered it on November 26th for a Christmas gift. I was not informed that it was on backorder. NBC did nothing to expedite the shipping to me. Consequently, it arrived after Christmas. The cup is cool, but the NBC site's service is terrible.

This seems like a pretty popular product. I ordered it on Cyber Monday (11/26) and it didn't arrive until 12/27....too late for Christmas. So if you don't mind waiting, it's a great gift.

Love this mug! The image is great, the large size is fantastic. However, the face has washed off after less than 2 months of use. It has never seen the dishwasher but gentle hand washing has managed to wash the face right off! Even just a tiny bit of water turns brown if it touches the face print. I have contacted the NBC store to see about getting it replaced, perhaps its a fluke.
