Got it for my fiance's birthday and he loved it. We are both huge Parks and Rec fans. I had it shipped to my house and then mailed it in another package across 4 states and it didn't break, so it seems pretty durable!

The mug arrived broken, which was a bummer, but NBC replaced the item quickly with no hassles, no lengthy phone calls, no cumbersome online process. (I used the website link to report the broken item.) The mug itself is on the small side, which isn't a product flaw - I think I'm just used to larger mugs. The mug is supposed to look like it was sold or given away at a small town country fair, and it does. I was expecting this, so overall I'm happy with my purchase. I just wish it was bigger.

Prior to purchasing this mug, I used my cupped hands to drink coffee. This turned out to not be the best method. I frequently burnt my hands with scalding beverage, and if I needed one hand to, say, open a door or answer the phone, my beverage would spill out of my cupped hands resulting in caffeine loss.

I purchased this mug and after some lengthy trial and error I finally figured out how to use it (an instruction manual would have been nice!). The mug is in a cylindrical shape - closed on one end and open on the other, and it seems to be made of a tough ceramic type of material, making a nearly perfect vessel for containing hot liquids. Whoever thought to add a handle is an absolute genius - the near-perfect vessel just became the totally perfect vessel. I can now transport piping hot beverage to my mouth without scalding my hands or spilling it on my pants or carpet or computer or cat. And I can accomplish this using just one hand! Thank you for offering this beverage containment solution; it has LITERALLY changed my life.
