The first time it was shipped, Abby came in a million little pieces. The return/replacement policy was excellent and the second Abby came in perfect condition. I wish she had tattoos like the Abby on NCIS but I guess you can't have everything.

I loved the idea of an Abby bobble head, and had noted that more than one person said it did not really look like her. Well, I've seen paint jobs differ on products so when mine arrived and it didn't look like her, Abbs got a make over.
Her sweet face and distinct makeup are not there.
Thus, I repainted the whole head, and found that by the time I was done, Abby was emerging.
Yes, a lot of work, but for the price, I was willing to invest the time.
If you're looking for an identical match, it's not there. If you're a fan and can live with the lack of detail, buy it, it's fun.

It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She's Abbey's nº 1 fan and she took her out of the box and put it straight in the middle shelf. Fancy clothing and creeper high heeled boots, just like on TV.

She's a really cool bobblehead. So cute her face and cloths are perfect. My grandmom loves Abby because she reminds her of me. She's goin to love this. If you watch NCIS it's a good collectible. Good box too. Got it really fast too! Five stars!

This is a great Abby bobblehead! I have it displayed on my desk at work and everyone loves it! No, it doesn't have the tattoos but big deal! It is still a great item for an Abby lover!

I didn't care if Abby had the Tats or not. I like the character. Besides, not all bobbleheads are an exact likeness of the person whom they represent.

This Bobble-head does not in anyway look like or even resemble Abby in the least. I am quite disappointed since I am such an Abby fan. And where are her tattoos... they are what make Abby... Abby!

it didn't really show who abby was there was no tatoos it really didn't look like her and the price was way too high for the quality in her very diappointed it was a gift so counln't send it back.
