There is nothing more comfortable than a pair of scrubs. These are very comfortable and breathble. However, the bottoms run a size too big. I've been an XL for as long as I can remember. You could fit two of me in these. A size Large would have been more than ample. I pull the waist tie strings as tight as possible to keep them up since there isn't any elastic. But there's nothing more comfortable than a pair of scrubs. [especially PPTH scrubs]

bought this as a post hospital stay easy-on easy-off pajama type bottom. Was a bit surprised that they didn't have an elastic waist and that its strictly a tie. Also surprised at its generous sizing. However, if I got a size smaller, the legs would be too short. Comfortable. Happy with purchase

It's perfect. The size M, is perfect for who has a European M-L size.
