I bought two as a gift for my daughter who is a huge Friends fan. I like Friends too so I ordered an extra one for myself since there was a Buy Two Get One Free Promo. They are much nicer than I expected them to be! Although other reviews said there was a problem with mugs arriving broken, all three I ordered arrived unbroken. The only problem I have is I like them so much I may keep two for myself and only give one to my daughter! I will be using them for more than just coffee. They are large enough to use for soup or cereal. So glad I purchased these!

I was really happy with ordering the central perk mug from nbcuniversalstore.com when it initially arrived in the mail the mug was broken so I had to call and get a replacement, but while dealing with the staff it was very pleasant and they sent me a replacement mug right away!

I absolutely LOVE this mug! I bought one in California on a recent trip and ended up buying 4 more online when I got home. Great size for coffee, soup, ice cream, cereal, etc.

The only complaint I have is that I don't have a matching one in white with black polka dots! When/where can I order that??

Well my only concern is that the product is not available outside US. I needed to send it to a friend in Atlanta and then he sent it to me. I paid ~47 extra USD to get it to my address in México. That is something really bad, almost every store that has internet sales also has international delivery!

I ordered 2 and 1 came cracked, they have a good return policy though. The mug is a big size and is adorable! I'm a Friends freak and I'm so happy to add this to my collection.

I used the Friends coffee mug whenever I get into a coffee/mocha mood. It works great!!! And it actually feels like I'm drinking coffee right from Central Perk. This is a great gift for anyone who loves coffee/mocha, or just even if your a non-coffee drinker, it is a good use for old fashion Hot Chocolate.

I love how big it is! I have always wanted a big coffee mug, and the fact that it is related to F.R.I.E.N.D.S is the topping on the cake!! I will be ordering another one!!
