This is a very handy scale for the kitchen. Can even use it for weighting small packages and envelopes to mail. Easy to clean, does not take up much space. My only complaint is the gram to ounce setting on the screen is so small you can't read it. You have to guess which one your using by the numbers.

I like being able to 'tare weigh' the item I'm using to keep the weighing platform clean. I like that it does both ounces and grams. I could use this for weighing beads if I wanted.

I received this for X-mas and I've used it more than I thought. I already had a scale but it was clumsy and not digital. This scale is great!

This high-quality scale delivers. It's light, durable, easy to use, fast and accurate. I was also impressed that it runs on (an included) CR battery. A single CR will outlast several sets of regular alkaline batteries, making the BL food scale even more convenient. It would be a great scale at twice the price. Buy this. You'll wish you'd bought it sooner.
