I watch The Biggest Loser every week and Jillian is truly my inspiration. I bought the DVDs. I was 265 lbs and was barely able to get through the 3 minute warm up. I smoked 2 packs of Parliament 100s a day. I had insulin resistance, elevated liver enzymes, polycystic ovarian syndrome and pressure in the head from just getting up from a chair. Walking one city block was excruciating. Now thanks to the Biggest Loser I lost massive weight and quit smoking cold turkey AT THE SAME TIME. I went nuts but I did it. I went from a size 26 to a size 18 in a matter of 6 months. I can walk without pain. I am jogging 2 miles a day now and I can get through a DVD without fail. I don't eat junk food at all with the exception of ONE Kashi cookie and sugar free ice cream and pudding. I don't eat fast foods and the closest I have been to any fast food is Subways. For thanksgiving I am making healthy choices and eat Turkey medallions. Thanksgiving and Easter is the only time I "splurge" and they are much healthier choices than what I use to do. I have a healthier mentality and do Thai Chi twice a week. Thank you Jillian for making a difference in my life.
