I still love it and would buy it again, but I was disappointed by the quality. The little plaque wasn't glued on well and the bust itself doesn't resemble Ron as well as I think it should and it has a few small defects here and there. Ron would be disappointed by the craftsmanship. Still love it though.

This product is awesome, because, well, it's a bust of Ron Swanson. And it's not like I expected it to be solid bronze or anything but the quality is pretty terrible. Ron Swanson himself would not approve of the craftsmanship. But it looks good on my desk.

The bust is great - it's already on my desk. However, it took three weeks to arrive. I ordered it "in stock," and never got order confirmation. After chasing down customer service, I finally got an order tracking number. My order sat "in process" for weeks. Attempting to contact customer service once resulted in an email asking me to wait DAYS to ask why it had been processing for weeks.
