The figurine was very well packed and all arrived safely. Very easy to break. Definitely not for children, or a place where it can get knocked over. Fans will love it!

My husband and I love Community, so we ordered the entire set of Community Christmas ornaments, only to receive 6 of the 7 figurines, and a bag of air. We then had to incur the extra costs to ship the remaining ornament, that was owed to us. After being on the phone with "customer service" for over 40 minutes, the agent and the manager assured us that we should be the ones paying again for our remaining ornament.

These figurines are better than I expected. The color and detail are great. They have a nice weight to them, so they display well and won't knock/tip over.

I purchased sets 1 & 2 and look forward to having a complete set of all the characters they release. I will display them all year, since they are too coolcoolcool to only bring out for the holidays.

Abed's Uncrontrollable Christmas is a classic & Community is my favorite sitcom. Six Seasons & A Movie!!

This Britta Bot is identical to the one we saw in the episode Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas. Love it! But, NBC store, where is set #3 with Jeff-in-the-Box, Abed, and Baby Shirley???

The first one I ordered arrived broken in half. NBC sent me a replacement immediately, no questions asked (thanks!)
The 2nd one arrived and looked great, but within 10 minutes of just holding it (nothing rough), her arm broke off.
I'm sure they'd replace this one too, but I'm not going to bother - we just glued her back together. Still,be aware, it is VERY fragile.
On the plus side, she looks great - just like the 'real' Britta Bot!

Ok, Britta is so detailed, it even has Britta's sloped nose. They did a really good job at getting these figurines as close as they could to the stop motion episode. I would recommend :]
