Psych Carlton and Juliet Talking Bobblehead Set

I bought this set for my son's birthday to match the Gus and Shawn bobbleheads he received a few years ago as he LOVES the show Psych. Lassiter arrived safe and well. But Juliet arrived broken off of her stand. Contacted the store and they sent another one out immediately. She arrived broken as well. So contacted them a 3rd time. Well, she was broken off of her stand as well. Her ankles do not provide enough support for her huge body and bobblehead and their packaging does not protect those teeny tiny ankles. We will just glue one of them back to the stand and hope for the best. VERY DISAPPOINTED though!

Purchased these for my teenager to go with the previous Sean and Gus Bobbleheads. Was extremely disappointed to find Carlton and Juliet HUGE compared to Sean and Gus - they look ridiculous standing next to one another. Being from the same show, the set should match as they are displayed together. We are hoping maybe now they will release a new second edition Sean and Gus to match Carlton and Juliet (a suggestion for NBC!). I have not listened to the voices as the other reviewer mentioned so I can't comment on that. They are not terrible, just disappointing since they don't match Sean and Gus.

The Jules and Lassie bobble heads are larger than the Shawn and Gus bobble heads that have been sold here for quite some time. Also, these new ones do not use Tim and Maggie's voices for the recordings. It has a voice actor re-reading lines from the show. The Shawn and Gus bobble heads use James and Dule's actual voices/sound-bytes from the show. My Jules arrived broken (disconnected from her base) and I am awaiting my replacement.
