Great product but it took forever to get this. I can't believe they're asking me to review it. I placed the order on Dec 2, 2011 - hoping to give it as a Christmas present. I heard nothing from the NBC store for 2 weeks, so I emailed them. They then told me that it's on backorder (not listed on the website) and to wait after the New Year (2 more weeks)! I emailed the NBC store again, one week after the alleged delivery date in January 2013, because the order had not shipped. At first I got no response, later an email saying they're working on it, then a confirmation email about my cancellation - which I never did! I had to reorder the poster (at a higher price) and wait again. Overall it took 2 orders and nearly 7 weeks for this crazy poster to finally arrive. I was empty-handed for Christmas. It's not like NBC is a small mom and pop store.
