Where to begin....let's start by mentioning the obvious. The bobblehead bears very little resemblence to Dr. Hank Lawson and when Dr. Hank speaks, it seems like he's reading it off a cue card; no inflection or emotion in his voice. But, as a fan of the show and bobblehead collector, it is a fair addition to my collection.

I love the show royal pains & Hank is my favorite it does look like hank. I think it is cute it's a bobblehead. I like it. I have gotten a couple of products of the royal pains. i love them all. would like to see womens t shirts in larger sizes like 3x or 4x. please & thanks.

As a collector of other USA network bobbleheads, I was shocked at how problematic this transaction became. I ordered 2 sets of Royal Pains bobbleheads back in June, one for myself and one as a gift. They finally arrived in September; one set was fine, but the talking mechanism in the Hank bobblehead in set 2 was broken. When I called they informed me to keep the broken Hank and they would send a replacement. The following week the replacement arrived, but it was the Evan bobblehead instead of the Hank. I called again for a replacement Hank and they told me someone would call me back in 72 hours to let me know know my order status. No callback came, but I finally received an email saying they would credit my account for the broken Hank. I called again, saying I just wanted a replacement and I was more than willing to send back the broken Hank and the extra Evan. They said don't bother; they would send a new Hank and charge it back to my account. A week later, the new Hank did arrive; however, its base was broken off (but at least the voice button did work!). I give up; I'm going to try to glue the new Hank to his base and hope it works.

I got the talking Evan R Lawson bobblehead because of Evan's lines from the show. When it arrived it did not speak. I sent a complaint which was promptly handled by sending a replacement. Only thing is, they sent a talking Hank! Now I have a set for the price of one. I can live with a silent Evan for that price. The show is great [...]
