I've used the bodybugg daily for two weeks, and each night before I go to bed I go to [@] (where you track your results) to see how many calories I've burned. For right now, the bodybugg is cheaper on their website "for a limited time." I do not know if they repeat their sales.The bodybugg is small enough to fit under my sleeves that no one ever notices it. It came with two sizes of armstraps to accomodate many people. It beeps two types of tones to let me know it is on and working, and one tone to let me know it is off.After the initial free 12-month subscription, it looks like it costs about $10/month to $80/year to subscribe in order to see your results, so make sure this is a tool you will use for a long time and not for a quick fix.Additionally, counting the calories you eat is equally important to tracking how many you burn. This tool alone will not help you lose or maintain your weight. You will need to strictly count the calories you eat daily for it to be effective.So far, I have had great success using the bodybugg: In the last three weeks, I have lost over 10 pounds!

The purchase states that it includes a 12 mo subscription but when my wife registered on the website it states a 6 mo subscription. Now I have to try and contact someone to try and figure this out. Kind of a pain. My wife likes the product, though. So far it has fairly accurately represented her calorie burn.

I purchased this as a gift for myself for my birthday during their daily deals when it was half off and had 12 month online subscription. I was sent a used unit and could, therefore, not register it for myself and not have a 12 month subscription. Not worth it!

Had looked at the BodyBugg for a couple years but after talking to Rulon Gardner decided to purchase! Also the company I work for has a wellness initiative and I had gained enough points for 50% off a health related item so this was a great option. It so far has made me think about what I am putting in my mouth not to mention how many times I actually get up and move during the day or park at the far end of the lot or even fidget while standing or sitting. Has given me some extra incentive which after losing 85 pounds and then being stuck on a plateau for awhile I was needing!

The bodybugg makes me aware of my daily calories burned and gives me incentive to burn more the next day. Yes, it is a hassle to log in the food I eat everyday, but it definitely worth it. The bodybugg holds me accountable and I can see exactly what my calorie count is. There are no excuses! I have been on a weight loss program since last August and have lost 65 pounds. I needed something new to motivate me and the bodybugg is doing the job.

Product was ok. The band that was sent with it was very flimsy, the velcro kept coming off and eventually I gave up and just used a safety pin to keep it on my arm. The software used to sync the bodybugg to the online program kept having me update and eventually the program was unable to detect the bodybugg anymore. I won this as a promotional giveaway from 24 hour fitness, I'm glad that I didn't pay for it.

The bodybugg is probably the best fitness tool for me. I like to compete against myself and the device lets me do this day after day.
The online subscription is easy to use however the cost to renew is high. All in all, I am very pleased with my results using the bodybugg.

My BodyBugg has made me more aware of activity and the proportion and distribution of the calories I eat. This helped me shed 3 pounds the first week....before I even had my coaching session. I received a bodybugg for Christmas 2009 and have not spent a single day without it. It is the one and only way I have ever managed to lose weight and keep it off. It really is a simple idea - awareness of how many calories you are burning + awareness of how many calories you are eating (via food logging). No diets and no special foods. It is very motivating but you have to be willing to put in the time to log your food and download your calories burned to the website or it won't work. It isn't magic and you won't lose weight just by wearing it. It does require effort on your part.

I got a body bug as a birthday gift. I think this device is great. I have been overweight all of my adult life and been using different website matrix's to figure calorie burn for my activities vs my calories consumed. This gives you the actual calories burned including while you are sleeping. With the on-line program, I track my calories in and burned. Now the blame is shifted away and I am losing weight. I can see the real numbers when I upload my data. When I eat too much, it is in the numbers and I know I have to work harder and limit my intake of food.

I have learned so much about my body in the few weeks I have had my BodyBugg! I have a better handle on the way I eat, the way I exercise and even the quality of sleep I'm getting. Love the product! Helps me keep track of my calories and work towards losing weight. My only con is the product rubs on my arm when I sweat a lot and creates a rash or burn. Otherwise, Love it.

I have been using the bodybugg since October of 2009. It has become a part of "me". I wear it everyday and it has been instrumental in helping me to see how much I move on a daily basis as well as how many calories I burn. It was amazing when I started I could barely get 3,000 steps in a day and now I average 13,000 steps daily. It keeps me honest and one of the best parts is it is all recorded on the website so I can show anyone that I am really doing what I need to to keep a healthy lifestyle going. It is easy to use and has been one of the best purchases I ever made. I needed to loose over 100 pounds and now have lost 60 and counting... Bodybugg is my friend... I just don't go anywhere without it. The watch tells me at anytime of the day with just a glance if I need to step it up to add those necessary steps to burn those calories to help me loose the weight I am committed to getting rid of for good!!
