Enjoy the kit. The only thing missing is packing for the carry box. The pieces just roll around the box. Some kind of foam lining would be nice.

This was a gift for my 7 year old son who loves anything paranormal and thought we would have fun using it together. When I ordered it I thought it said it had an EVP recorder, but its a listening device. Is this the same? Will it actually or does it actually pick up EVPs? I bought it long enough ago that I cant return it. And for what I paid, Im a bit disappointed. A teeny heat 'gun' and a K2 meter that seems to be moving without batteries in it. So can anyone tell me if this is an actual EVP recorder? Or do I need to buy one?

I gave this for a Christmas gift to my stepson who is a future ghost hunter. He loved it, I was impressed at the quality, but his older (20+) brothers were too paranoid to let him enjoy it. I still thought it was a good find. Thank you.

I FIND THIS KIT USEFUL FOR STARTING OUT!I USED IT A FEW TIMES ALREADY AND EVERYTHING I RECIEVED WORKED.I THOUGH IT WAS WORTH GETTING AND I ALREADY ADDED SOME TOOLS THAT FIT WELL IN THE CASE.

I bought this as a Starter Kit & it's great! I've already got readings from around the house & on a couple of excursions. For the price, it's an excellent kit! The case is big enough that I even added a couple pieces of equipment; i.e. another recorder & a camera.

Everything works except the motion sensor. I have tried everything. I have bought brand new batteries and everything, but it won't work.

I bought this kit as a start to finding out what is in my world. Each item is helpful and will be used.

Use a thermometer with a RC Remote sensor. Use a EVP rcorder that has a downloadabe memory.

For the price it's an excellent collection of equipment, for starting out, and a real nice case to put it all in. The temp. sensor was the only thing dissapoiting, but it will work. Enough room in case, to add and or upgrade later on, and still be secure and safe. Personally I would add 2 pieces of foam to nessal the equipment in tighter into case.

We bought this as a gift for our daughter. The only thing that worked in the entire kit was the Gauss Detector. One of the unit was missing the power switch in the back and did not have the connectors for the battery to go into. We are VERY disappointed in the quality of this product.

We, the Redneck Ghost Questerz, do lots of investigations for poor folks. Check out our ghost questerz blog "Redneck Ghost Questerz". We like using stuff like this and actually started making up our own stuff. We currently are trying out video sunglasses, but it's hard to wear these in the dark! Our best idea is the fly swat thermo imager. Great stuff here, too.... and don't worry about Ouija boards... play as much as you won't... just call us if you go and get taken over by a spirit and we'll make you exorcize.

Great little starter kit for the beginner ghost hunter. We got this for our son who is 12 and it is a great way to start learning how to use the equipment. He will work his way up to the more expensive equipment as he gets older.

THE FIRST NITE, THERE WAS SOMETHING PARANORMAL IN OUR HOME...THE MOTION SENSOR WENT-OFF TWICE!!! ALL ITEMS ARE EASY TO USE AND ARE HIGH QUALITY....THIS IS A GREAT GIFT.

Wanted a serious ghost hunting kit. Was extremely disappointed. You get what you pay for. May use the thermometer and possibly the emf meter (however am worried about it making too much noise and not appropriate for my particular use). The sound amplifier is a joke and the motion detector would not be effective.The case it came in was nice [...], however would spend the money to get more quality useful items.
