I was slightly worried by the other reviews of this hat, before ordering the Nerd Herder kit, but I'm happy to report that it fits just fine - I take a 7 5/8 and didn't have to pull the band all way out to get it to fit me.

The hat does arrive with the band completely tightened, so you will have to give it a good tug to loosen it the first time.

Two thumbs up for the quality of the embroidery.

This is not a pro-team-style baseball hat, so the crown is unstructured and will conform roughly to your head rather than sit stiff around it.

I have no real complaints about this hat, it is epic and perfect for a Chuck fan. I have no problems with the fit of the hat and I'm a pretty large fellow, I may have just gotten mine before or after they did something with the sizing of the hat. I've had mine for a while and it has begun fading towards brown but I shan't hesitate in ordering a new one should the time come to replace this puppy.

As a really Chuck Fan I love my hat and it looks very great and stylish.
But it´s a full size to small for me, must be careful on bike or when it´s windy.
The one for my "Sarah" fits great.

The hat looks great but the one-size-fits-most is not really accurate. Even when adjusted to maximum size it was too small for me. It kinda worked, but as the other reviewer said, it was more like wearing a beanie than a nicely fitting baseball cap. For reference, my hat size is 7 3/8 (i.e. 23 inches as measured just above the ear). That is statistically one of the most common male hat sizes. Unless your head size is smaller than that, you will likely be disappointed with the fit. I gave mine to my girlfriend... fits her great!

I love my Nerd Herd hat but I feel like I'm wearing a beanie instead of a baseball style hat. It feels too small and that it's going to pop off my head at any moment. Other than that, it's perfection. It's just something I had to get used to.
